- South over the Knight Street Bridge to Highway 91 (the exit for Richmond, BC Ferries and Seattle)
- West on Highway 91 into Richmond (do not exit) to the first light at Shell Road
- Right on Shell Road and Ventures is the second complex on the left.
- The driveway entrance to Ventures is just past the break in the median for Blair Drive
From the Airport
- Take Sea Island Way into Richmond to Highway 99 South
- South on Highway 99 to the Shell Road exit
- South (right) onto Shell Road and Ventures is the third complex on the right, the driveway entrance is directly under the sign for Richmond Centre
From the South (Ladner, Delta, BC Ferries, White Rock, US Border)
- Highway 99 North through the Deas Island Tunnel
- Take Exit #36 (Westminster Highway) and turn left (west) towards Richmond Centre
- Turn right (north) onto Shell Road (just past the railway tracks)
- Go through the first light (Alderbridge Way) and Ventures is the second complex on the left.
- The driveway entrance to Ventures is just past the break in the median for Blair Drive
From the East (New Westminster, North Delta, Coquitlam, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal...)
- West on Highway 91 into Richmond (do not exit) to the first light at Shell Road
- Right on Shell Road and Ventures is the second complex on the left.
- The driveway entrance to Ventures is just past the break in the median for Blair Drive
